The HP1.5" and HP2" Cutting Heads are used for modern sheet metal processing in flatbed and pipe-cutting systems. The time-tested cartridge replacement system enables the fast and simple replacement of the preadjustable cartridges and the cutting of variable workpiece thicknesses and types of material - ideal for job & shop operation.
In addition to the non-contact distance sensors, several other sensors have been integrated for cutting process automation, e.g. piercing and lens break sensors.

High power cutting head with cartridge changing system and adjustable lens position over CNC

The HP1.5" M and HP2" M Cutting Heads are used with CO2 lasers in flat bed systems and pipe-cutting machines. Like the other models in the HP series, they are also equipped with the proven cartridge changing system, which enables the fast and easy replacement of the preadjustable cartridges and the cutting of variable work piece thicknesses and types of material. In addition to the non-contact distance sensors and the motorized lens position adjustment, several sensors have been integrated for cutting process automation, e.g. piercing and lens break sensor.

The DS 1.5" Cutting Head is designed for bevel cutting and for 3D applications in modern sheet metal processing with CO2 lasers. It can be used for the burr-free processing of corners, initial cuts, cut sections and radial edges, or for creating bevels in various angled positions. No reworking is necessary and the quality is faultless.
